Delve into the subconscious mind to shift the mental blocks stopping you from being able to Stop Smoking. The hypnotic state makes it much easier to explore painful thoughts, feelings or memories and start working to overcome them.

How long will it take?

I recommend a minimum of three sessions. The first session is straight “programming”—delivering suggestions to your subconscious mind to replace your old smoking urges with newer healthier ones.

In subsequent sessions, we will use classic therapeutic techniques, such as Parts Therapy or Regression, to uncover the hidden motivations behind your tobacco habit.
